Pre-Pre-Cleanse Sample Meals

Tomorrow my guy and I will do this.  Wish us luck!

Schedule Day 1 Day 2
7am Wake up 16 oz. water 16 oz. water
AM Stretch 5-10 minutes Stretch 5-10 minutes
7:30am 16 oz. Herbal Tea (decaf) 16 oz. Herbal Tea (decaf)
8am 8-16 oz. Green Drink. If not Chef V’s, make your own but avoid store bought green drinks 8-16 oz. Green Drink. If not Chef V’s, make your own but avoid store bought green drinks
1/2 cup berries (blue, black, rasp) 1/2 cup cantaloupe
10am Snack 16 oz. water 16 oz. water
1/2 cup cantaloupe 1/2 cup berries
1/4 cup raw nuts 1/4 cup raw nuts
12pm Lunch 5-8 oz. Chef V Green Drink 5-8 oz. Chef V Green Drink
Protein Bowl: Black beans, brown rice (or quinoa), mango, cilantro, red onion, avocado, chicken or fish (optional) Grilled organic chicken/fish/or veggies, Quinoa, Steamed Broccoli
16 oz. water 16 oz. water
3pm Snack 16 oz. water 16 oz. water
5 oz. green drink 5 oz. green drink
1/4 cup raw nuts 1/4 cup raw nuts
6pm Dinner Grilled salmon or veggies and brown rice or quinoa pasta with pesto sauce (basil, cold pressed olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, pepper) Hearty Salad: Mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, kidney beans, avocado, apple, walnuts, quinoa, chicken or fish (optional).
16-24 oz. water 16-24 oz. water
9pm Sleep 8 hours sleep 8 hours sleep
